VSI Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Winner will not be selected before September 10, 2021. On and following that date, the winners of this promotion (the “Promotion”) shall be chosen strictly in the manner provided in the Rules, Terms, & Conditions below. 
2. No Purchase necessary.
3. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
4. Receiving prize is restricted by the eligibility and participation requirements explained in the Rules, Terms, & Conditions below. Additional restrictions may apply per local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
5. Deadline to enter for a chance to win is September 9th, 2021 at 11:59:59pm.

RULES, TERMS, & CONDITIONS 

1. No Purchase Necessary. 
2. The Promotion is free to enter without any purchase.  The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. 
3. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the Rules, Terms, & Conditions.
4. Applicable Law and Severability. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and any offers, terms, rules, or conditions associated with the Promotion are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
5. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old.
6. The giveaway shall run from 8/28/2021 through 9/9/2021 at 11:59:59pm.  Drawing will occur on 9/10/2021
7. Eligible participants may enter the giveaway by filling out the form provided.  Entry does not require purchase, payment, or donation. Eligible participants may only enter the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be disregarded, and the duplicating participant may be disqualified at Voigt Smith Innovations’ sole discretion. Voigt Smith Innovation reserves complete discretion to void any entries which are lewd, harassing, spam, or otherwise do not conform to these Rules, Terms, & Conditions. Participants may be encouraged to share information about the giveaway with their friends and followers on social media, but such action is not required to enter. 
8. One winner will be chosen.
9. Participants must live in the contiguous 48 US States.
10. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received for the giveaway. 
11. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, or is disqualified, Voigt Smith Innovation will determine an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. 
12. The winner will be notified by e-mail, phone, mail, or through Facebook.
13. By participating, where allowed by law, the winner grants Voigt Smith Innovation permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with publicizing, and waive any claims to royalty or rights for such use. will  Voigt Smith Innovation will not share any personal information obtained through any participant’s entry with third-parties for any purpose, other than through advertising, publicity, or related uses as explained by this section. 
14. By participating in this giveaway, all participants, including the winner, waive any and all claims of liability against  Voigt Smith Innovation, its principals and employees, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the giveaway or from the use of the prize. 
15.  Voigt Smith Innovation will mail ship prize to the selected winner at no charge to the winner.
16. Anyone who violates any rule, gains unfair advantage in participating in the giveaway, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited.  Voigt-Smith Innovation will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the rules or giveaway. Voigt-Smith Innovations’ decisions on rules and outcomes are final and reserve the right to make any decision we deem appropriate.
17. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility in order to be eligible to collect a Prize.
18. No prior or current employees, employees of sister companies, or family members are eligible for this giveaway.
